My Journey
My passion for helping children began at age 16 when I started working in a childcare center. That experience sparked a lifelong commitment to education and advocacy.
Over the past 20+ years, I’ve served as an early interventionist, special education teacher, case manager, and educational leader, earning both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Special Education along the way. Throughout my career, I’ve developed and implemented IEPs, supported inclusive classrooms, and partnered with families to help children reach their full potential.
Today, as a Board Certified Advocate in Special Education and founder of J&J Learning Services, I empower families to confidently navigate the special education process through advocacy, coaching, and practical resources.
As both an educator and a mother, I understand the challenges families face and am passionate about ensuring every child receives the support they deserve.
